I’ve spent years working directly with manufacturers across China and Japan, both for my own brand and alongside production teams on the ground.
I lived in China, completed a Master’s in China Business, and worked closely with factories throughout that time. Today, I run my own skincare brand, manufacturing in Japan, so I understand exactly what’s at stake when you’re not physically there.
I’ve seen how easily things can go wrong, from small details being missed to full production issues that only show up once it’s too late.

I’ll walk the factory, speak directly with the team, check what’s being made, and keep you updated with photos, videos, and calls so you can see exactly what’s going on.

If you’re making a significant purchase or investment through a manufacturer and want someone to physically check it, that's something I can help with too.
I don’t focus on sourcing or finding factories from scratch. Most of the work I do is with businesses that already have a manufacturer, whether you’re about to place an order, already in production, or need someone on the ground to check what’s happening.
If you’re further along and need visibility or support at the factory level, that’s where I come in.
